These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PassThru platform operated by Marckoy Industries LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our API, you agree to these Terms.
PassThru provides an API and dashboard for creating, distributing, and managing Apple Wallet passes. We handle cryptographic signing, push notifications, and pass lifecycle management on your behalf.
To distribute passes commercially under your own brand:
Free tier accounts may use PassThru's demo certificate for testing and evaluation purposes only.
You may use PassThru to create passes for legitimate business purposes. You may not:
100 passes per month. No credit card required. May be discontinued or modified with 30 days notice.
Billed monthly via Stripe. Prices listed on passthru.dev may be updated with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current price for 12 months after any increase. No refunds for partial months. Cancel at any time — access continues through the end of the billing period.
If you exceed your plan's pass limit, pass generation will return a 429 error. No overage charges — upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle.
Your data is yours. You retain all rights to the content you create through PassThru. We do not claim ownership of your pass data. Upon account deletion, we will delete all your data within 30 days.
We implement industry-standard security measures as described in our Security White Paper. We will notify you within 72 hours of discovering any breach that affects your data.
We target 99.9% API uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by Azure, Apple, or other third-party service outages. Business and Enterprise plans include SLA commitments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, the content you include in your passes, or Apple's acceptance or rejection of passes.
You agree to indemnify Marckoy Industries LLC against claims arising from your use of the service, content you include in your passes, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. We may terminate the service entirely with 90 days notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
